Are you feeling stuck emotionally & mentally?

Michele's passion is helping people find inner healing and peace as well as enhancing their ability to successfully connect with others in a meaningful and satisfying way. She specializes in anxiety and depression symptoms, whether caused by major childhood or adult trauma, simply feeling stuck in an undesirable place in life or somewhere in between. Michele is currently under the supervision of Jonathan Harrop and is in training for Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Heather strives to create a safe and welcoming space for clients to thrive both personally and relationally. She is inspired and honored by the courage taken to reach out and invite someone on this personal journey; by those who seek support to discover their true desire in the face of pain, loss, relationship struggles, or uncertainty. Heather’s educational experience in the field of psychology has helped her gain a deeper understanding of how important the role of effective therapy is when it comes to helping people overcome conflict in their lives. She has adopted a client-centered, attachment-based lens in her work and looks forward to building a connection with people as they are today.
