Frequently Asked Questions

Are you still seeing clients during the COVID-19 Pandemic?

YES, we are still seeing clients during this crazy season of life! You are welcome to wear a mask, but you are not required to wear one in our office. We simply ask that you not come in if you are feeling ill. And know that we are taking extra precautions to sanitize our office spaces.

All of our therapists do offer online sessions as well if you prefer. Please feel free to email or call today with any questions you may have or if you are ready to schedule an appointment with one of our therapists.

Are your taking new clients?

YES, we are taking new clients! Please feel free to give us a call or send us an email, so we can answer any other questions you may have and let you know when our therapists are available.

Does your office accept insurance?

NO, we do not bill insurance directly. Because of this, we are considered "Out of Network." However, if your specific insurance plan covers mental /behavioral health services, we can work with you to provide a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for them to reimburse you directly. Please let us know if this is a route you would like to take, and check with your insurance provider to see if they have out of network benefits for counseling related services.

How much do you charge per session?

Our therapists charge different amounts based on their education, years of experience, and any specific training or licensing they have earned.

Jonathan Harrop charges $150 /session

Ashley Lynch Gaede charges $150 /session, $100 for NFB w/ $250 for the Initial QEEG

Michele Mulcahy charges $130 /session

Heather Richards charges $60 /session

Lawana Mortensen charges $60 /session

What type of therapy sessions do you offer?

We offer Individual therapy, Couples therapy, Child therapy, and Family therapy. Please refer to our "Service" page for information regarding the specific modalities our therapists offer.

Do you offer phone consultations?

YES, if you would like to talk to one of our therapists BEFORE scheduling an appointment, please feel free to call our office so we can set up a 15 minute phone consultation for you.

How do I make an appointment with one of your therapists?
