Is your marriage going through a crisis?

Jonathan is trained in Attachment Theory and Emotionally-Focused Therapy, both of which are highly respected and effective forms of therapy. With this specialization, Jonathan compassionately and effectively counsels people in their most important and meaningful relationships (marriage and family) to resolve conflict, improve communication, and connect more meaningfully. From couples where the relationship seems dead, to those experiencing high conflict, Jonathan will help you understand the ways you have gotten stuck in unhealthy /unproductive patterns, and work with you step-by-step to help you break free from these patterns and learn how to forgive, repair, connect, and move forward. He views counseling as a sacred trust, and sincerely desires success for all those he works with.

Michele has experience working with couples to create a stronger and more satisfying connection by creating a safe place for the couple to have open honest conversations. Often this involves processing past hurts and identifying the maladaptive response patterns within each individual and between them as a couple. For some couples, one person or both have experienced some form or level of trauma that requires additional attention. Michele is currently in the process of becoming certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to improve her work with those needing to clear out difficult or even traumatic mental and emotional blocks.

Heather has begun training in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and has attended an EFT externship as the

first step towards becoming a certified EFT therapist. She is passionate about working with couples in regards to their negative relationship patterns and helping them find new ways of expressing themselves to their partner. Heather believes when couples are able to turn towards their partner and truly express their needs, a secure relationship begins to develop that will allow for both partners to grow

into the best version of themselves.
