Trauma is real.
Whether your trauma is emotional, physical, or both—we see you.
Negative experiences often leave lasting imprints on the brain and body. Trauma can show up in many ways: panic attacks, mood swings, trouble focusing, emotional numbness, substance use, or even chronic fatigue and physical pain. These symptoms are not just in your head—they’re signals from a nervous system that’s been overwhelmed.
No matter your story or how long you’ve carried it, healing is possible. You don’t have to do it alone.
What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting is a powerful therapy tool designed to help you process and release the lingering effects of trauma—both big and small. Developed by therapist David Grand, Brainspotting is based on the idea that where you look affects how you feel.
During a session, a trained brainspotting therapist gently guides your gaze across your field of vision using a pointer, helping you locate specific “brainspots”—eye positions that correlate with deep emotional or bodily pain. These brainspots allow access to areas of the brain where trauma is stored, helping you process stuck memories and sensations at their source.
It’s a body-based, brain-deep approach that works well even when words fall short.
Is It Right for Me?
Brainspotting is most commonly used to treat trauma and PTSD, but its benefits extend far beyond that. Many emotional and behavioral challenges—such as anxiety, depression, anger, procrastination, chronic stress, difficulty concentrating, or even unexplained physical symptoms—can stem from unresolved trauma.
Brainspotting is also helpful for:
- Dissociation and emotional numbing
- Grief and loss
- Self-esteem and shame
- Performance anxiety or creative blocks
- Chronic pain and body-based symptoms
Whether you’re navigating the aftermath of a specific event or dealing with long-term patterns that no longer serve you, Brainspotting can help you reconnect with your body, reclaim your story, and restore your sense of peace.
If you’re curious whether Brainspotting could support your healing journey, we’d be honored to walk alongside you.
